Ex-colleague Barry Irwin gave a seminar at Rhodes University's Computer Science department (where he's lecturing) entitled Blogs and Blogging. Seems it went well and he's got some more people interested, including from the Information Systems Department. His seminar slides might be useful in a similar introductory in-house seminar.
