Alastair Otter at Tectonic has stepped up the editorial advocacy content a notch recently with two articles: Why is the Deputy President signing deals with Microsoft? questions the sudden rise of the "open choice" rhetoric (just after that term became fanciful in Microsoft cirlces), and Africa needs free software, not slick marketing talk counters the propaganda being pushed equating Free Software with something that is free but not useful. With Alastair writing about it, I don't feel so bad about not doing so myself.
