Since Esther Derby is talking about creating an environment for success, here's another input. I've just had an experience about a good physical work environment.

I spent the day working at The Bandwidth Barn instead of at work.

About two hours in, I noticed that my eyes weren't hurting, they weren't dry, and I was feeling great (and in a good mood). No dust, good air flow, great lighting, nice temperature.

And another physical environment thing: Working on my beefy home machine was such a pleasure!

Don't think I've been so productive in ages.
